No compliants here. Realized i hadn't left a review yet. Dont be scared to just drive up from road and park in that empty space. It really is quick but you have to go in! Staff here is great and will usually start remembering your order after second visit. I'm not a real coffee guy (never really get hot or iced coffee stuff) so that should help to mitigate my review. Not a huge fan of their base for frozen line of drinks as it never seems to mix to me (more like a slushee than icee if you know what i mean). BUT my gf likes them so likely personal preference. I personally think their frappes are great (def better than starbucks across the stret) and do mix whatever flavor you get well. I get my with espresso and its really good. Yes I'm aware frappes are "not real coffee." They have much better options for you afficianados out there. Overall, cannot recommend enough and I feel it's worth a try. Always a struggle for me to resist.

I love it so much!! You guys are so much better than Starbucks. I have door dashed from this coffee shop 8 times and it’s always so fresh not watered down and I love the whipped cream it’s phenomenal! I need to go in person! Can’t wait to check the location out in person! Better way better than Starbucks!!!! When will you guys bring back the seasonal coffee the one that had strawberry foam on top?

Love this new local coffee spot! The turkey panini was delicious. If you love smoothies also check out the Main Squeeze Juice spot across the street. Support local small businesses.

Not impressed. Decided to try Beans & Brews because of the welcome drink offer. If it weren’t for the offer, the drinks were pretty expensive. Ordered the Iced Caramel Cielo. Fortunately it wasn’t overly sweet but it barely tasted of caramel. Also ordered the Iced Mr. B’s which tasted exactly the same. The baristas were very friendly when I arrived to pick up the order which I appreciated. Not a ton of seating inside, so it’s likely intended to be a takeaway-only coffee shop.

New local coffee shop. Located at Modera in the retail areas, this was a very friendly and welcoming spot. Coffee is great, didn’t get to try the food, but everyone eating inside was talking about how great it was. Mostly the vibe was as great, however there is limited seating available and some of the tables are upstairs in a small landing that feels out of place. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. My vote is that Beans & Brews is a welcome addition to the selection of local coffee spots.
